Affoscent will not be held responsible or liable to you or any third party for the content or accuracy of any material posted by you or any other user of the website. You agree to indemnify and hold Affoscent harmless from any costs, damages, expenses, losses, or liabilities arising from any claim related to your use of the website.

Affoscent reserves the right to remove any content or material you post on the website at its sole discretion.

After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email with your order number and product details, including any selected delivery services. This email is not an acceptance of your order. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as confirmation that your order has been accepted.

Affoscent may update product prices listed on the website at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders for which a dispatch confirmation has already been sent.

If required by applicable law or at our discretion, invoices may be issued electronically. By using our services, you agree to receive invoices in electronic format.

Currently, Affoscent only delivers products within India.

Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by emailing us at hi@affoscent.com.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our fragrance products once they’ve been opened or used. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers by preventing potential contamination.

However, we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience with our brand. If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged during transit, we’re happy to offer a replacement.

To request a replacement:

  1. Please send an email to hi@affoscent.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, and a clear unboxing video showing the issue (wrong product or damage).
  3. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as personal preferences, fragrance selection, or change of mind.
  • Claims made without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • The packaging and contents must remain unused and intact (except in case of damage claims).
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, we may offer a refund or an alternative.

We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining product quality and safety for all our customers.

Shipping returns

At Affoscent, we take great care in processing your order. Every product is thoroughly inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition before it is packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Once the quality check is complete, your order is securely packed and dispatched. Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver the package to your provided address as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach you or deliver at your preferred time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the name of the courier company handling your delivery. You can begin tracking your order within 24 hours of dispatch.
